Insights agregados por cluster

get
https://api.elephan.dev/v1/insights/clusters

Retorna insights do time agregados por cluster_id: contagem, tipos, período (primeira/última data) e até 3 descrições de exemplo. Insights sem cluster_id (ou cluster_id === -1) são agrupados sob um cluster sintético 'Unclustered' (clusterId: null).
